Annette’s work currently centers on diaspora identity and also explores broader questions of gender and queer narratives, grounded in the stories of herself and those she loves.
Drawing from her background as an aspiring activist, she believes in the power of art to heal and empower, and is committed to centering marginalized communities in her work. She aims to focus on developing impact-driven projects and campaigns that cultivate sustained community engagement.
